We found Spotless Shine when searching on Google for a detailer that could handle rain damage. We accidentally left a window down and it rained overnight, soaking the carpet of our Carnival. I reached out by phone to other detailers but Jordan was the only person who responded. He said he could absolutely extract rainwater from carpet, and we set up an appointment. I had ordered the deluxe interior detail with an added water extraction, but when Jordan arrived with his friend Roman, they told me they had a few hours until their next appointment and offered me a full exterior detail at a discount since they were already on site. I’m so glad I took them up on it. I asked about what they used on their own vehicles, and when they told me about their six-month ceramic coat, I asked if I could get it and they offered that at a discount too. Jordan and Roman walked me through everything they planned to do and showed me their equipment and cleaning products. Their rig includes a generator and water tank, so they do not need to have access to customer water or electricity to perform a detail. We agreed on a total price and they started right away. These gentlemen spent three and a half hours on our minivan. When they were finished, the musty rain smell was gone, the carpet was dry, and the vehicle looked better inside and out than the day we drove it off the dealership lot. They even showed me the amount of water they extracted from the carpets (see photos). Jordan and Roman are punctual, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their value for service, time spent, and attention to detail is incredible. They also offer a great discount for customers who sign up for their maintenance plan.
